Temporary HR Coordinator

This individual provides general Human Resources support including administration of company benefit programs, HRIS, New Hire Orientation, interview scheduling, maintenance of employee records, company events and special projects as needed. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • ADP Data Entry
  • Create and Maintain HR Reports
  • Support of recruiting process
  • Benefits Administration: enrollment, terminations/COBRA, make changes, employee questions
  • Other projects as assigned

Education / Experience

  • High School diploma with at least three years experience in HR, or BA/BA with one year related
  • Previous ADP Work Force Now  experience preferred
  • Requires strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be accurate, detail oriented, analytical, and have good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office including Outlook
