Manager, Medical Marketing

The position will contribute to the strategic development and execution of the brand and disease awareness initiatives; Lead planning, programs, and content development for disease state campaign; Liaise with thought leaders by conducting field visits, attending congress meetings, designing consultant and advisory board programs, and representing NBI at other events; Develop and maintain relationships with professional organizations and other stakeholder groups; Lead the planning, program and content development of disease awareness and branded promotional programs, including Speakers Bureau, conference activities, and related programs; Review product data to ensure organization is informed of new developments regarding the company’s or competitor’s products; Utilize customer and marketplace insights to identify, develop, and execute business initiatives that advance the brand; Liaise with medical affairs on data needs and dissemination plans, and serve as the primary point of contact for MSL organization to brand team; Collaborate with brand, sales and medical teams to develop programs that are in line with strategic direction; and Ensure budget aligns with the brand’s planned annual spend, and participate in brand planning activities.


Ability to work independently and take lead role on assigned projects; Excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills; Aptitude for building positive working relationships; Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and vendors; Demonstrated proficiency in the PowerPoint, Word and Excel; and Ability to travel up to 25%.


Bachelor’s degree in related field is required; MBA preferred; Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical product marketing, commercial and/or medical education; and Experience in CNS and/or psychiatry a plus.
