As a signatory of Biocom California’s DE&I Member Pledge, we have committed to accelerate diversity, equity, and inclusion in life sciences. We also have a leader in a full-time role dedicated to accelerating our own DE&I efforts.
Our DE&I Council, which includes staff who represent different backgrounds and roles from across the company and a Management Committee member as Chair, provides advisement and guidance on Neurocrine Biosciences DE&I priorities and initiatives.
